Earth quaking dance during Steel Garage Door Installation

I had arrived to install a new steel garage door and heard earth shattering shaking from the upstairs floors

The owner of the house came running out of the home with a few of her children screaming that an earthquake was happening. We all ran out to the street and waited for it to pass but on the street there was no shaking or any signs of an earthquake. I approached the neighbors who informed me there was no earthquake.  We all returned to the home to get a better idea of what just happened. The same thumping ground shaking sounds were coming from the floors. The mother and entire family closely checked where sounds were coming from until they realized their 16 year old daughter who is a gymnast and aerobics lover was doing major moves in her room that created all the commotion. Her mother knocked on her teenage daughter's door blaming her for giving everyone a heart attack and told her they thought an earthquake was happening plus the technician had to stop his work. The young oblivious teenager said she thought her dancing was not any different than usual and didn't understand what all the fuss was about. The young girl was impatient and just wanted to get back to her dance routine. Her mom said she is jumping to her hard and to please reduce the level of her gymnastics practice. It was a funny experience and all of us later laughed about it all. Teenagers got to love them.
